Musta, Nesrin and Carrer de Mozart
Before he had a place of his own, Mustafa Chreiki, Musta, worked at La Caravana, another shawarma place on this same street. That was when he met Nesrin Fahham, who left Syria to be with him. The trade was nothing new to her: her family had several shawarma shops back there.
Together, with the help of a Syrian partner, they opened Mustà Shawarma on the same street. For more than ten years it has been a family business: Nesrin works until five in the afternoon, and Musta closes up.

The meat comes from the market every day and everything is made in-house, the hot sauce too, whose recipe Musta keeps secret. For Nesrin, what works is treating people well, being organised, and putting your heart into it.
